I found the spa facilities to be superb. Multiple saunas and steam rooms meant no queues. the large pool extends both indoors and outdoors, a good feature. excellent food options are available in the spa restaurant. I really enjoyed the spa hamburger.
During check-in after the spa, a considerable wait occurred. staff assisted newly arrived guests before those waiting longer.

The hotel is situated near the amsterdam forest. It allows for pleasant walks. it's approximately a mile from the nearest metro station. I found buses to be closer for transport. several cafes and restaurants are within easy reach.

The room offered ample space. I appreciated the bathroom size and rainfall shower. i noticed a lack of storage space. This could pose a challenge for longer stays. the room was clean and tidy. A pleasant environment was evident.

Reception staff were friendly. They quickly addressed queries with efficiency. i found the breakfast buffet colleagues offered really good customer service. the staff were polite and lovely. I appreciated the attentiveness shown.

The hotel boasts multiple hot tubs. They add to the relaxation options. i found the large whirlpool bath particularly fantastic. the spa also offered different rituals. A very relaxing experience indeed.

The breakfast buffet offered various options. I found it quite nice. the hotel restaurant is typically reserved for spa guests. This limitation should be noted. there is a nice restaurant within walking distance.

I found the spa facilities perfect. The large pool has both an indoor and outdoor area. I enjoyed the whirlpool bath a lot. The food in the Spa restaurant is EXCELLENT.
I noticed that parking is not included.

The wellness center featured multiple saunas and steam rooms, so there was no need to queue, even when it was busy. Many options are available for breakfast. A great breakfast is provided that includes cooked options as well as continental options. Tennis courts were even available.

the staff was always cute. the bedroom had almost silent air con, amazing. i enjoyed access to world class spa facilities. the spa gardens were also awesome.
i wasn't informed the pool was naked only. this was the reason i justified paying such a high price for this hotel to use these facilities but we couldn't.

The staff demonstrated attentive service and hospitality at all times, addressing my needs promptly. Communication was clear, and requests were handled with efficiency. the service standards contributed positively to my stay.

The room contained a comfortable bed, fresh towels, and a well-kept bathroom. The area was quiet at night, so i slept very well. The air conditioning worked effectively and had adjustable settings.

the breakfast offered many options it was very nice. i liked the shower in my superior double room it had good water pressure. the spa facilities included multiple saunas and a relaxation area it was clean.
the room was a bit far from the bus stop it was about a 10 minute walk.
